Our suites, the service and especially the individuality of ASMALI CAVE HOUSE itself cannot be squeezed into stiff borders of formalities.

It is all about the personal needs of our guests and the price varies accordingly.

Therefore we kindly ask you to inform us about your plans and ideas, as well as the time of your trip to Cappadocia and the amount of people you are travelling with.

Your customized offer will be done according to those details.

For a personal guest relation already from the time of the inquiry, we try to do without forms and each answer will be created individually.

CONFIRMING RESERVATIONS

According to your inquiry we will confirm availability. You will be asked up on confirmation to secure your reservation by full payment via Credit Card or Bank-Transfer. Only our written confirmation is valid to claim your reservation. Should payment not be received within the period agreed on we have the right to cancel all future bookings, even those confirmed.

Check-in: not before 16.00 h pm / Check-out: not later than 11.00 h am

Early check-in: We generally accommodate early check in guests, if the booked suite is available.

Late check-out: Facility to store luggage available. Early check-in / late check-out by prior arrangements.

For a smooth organisation we kinkly ask our Guests to inform as about the details of their arrival and departure (i.e.by car, with flight, scheduled time) by E-mail one week prior to the arrival.

CANCELLATION

Once booked and confirmed by us, cancellations are charged as follows:
30 days prior to arrival - no charge
29 to 15 days prior to arrival - charged with 50% of confirmed stay
14 days and less prior to arrival - charged with full price of confirmed stay

In case of a cancellation please let us know early in writing to minimize any charge. If the cancelled suite can be occupied again,
the cancellation fee for those nights will be transferred back in total (excl. bank-transfer fee).

Possible breakage of fittings and/or decoration has to be reported to the owner immediately and shall not be replaced by the hirer.
Pets are not allowed.

Our policies and liability are subject to common regulations and Turkish law.
